M1144 was my favorite pad compound before they were discontinued.

I have not been able to learn much about the M1144. I have a car with LD20 fronts and LD19 rears that I could use them on. Do you have any idea what compound would be a good match for it on the rear?

Joe Griffin uses golds in his car. He will be at the Glen this weekend.

Anything I would say about how compatible they would be with anything else would be a guess. I never remember trying to pair them with any other compound. IIRC, they were very predictable and gave great brake feel. They were also rotor-friendly.

There must be a new Asbestos-free version - the ones I used had Asbestos, IIRC.

    Thanks guys.
I was ready to get rid of these for very little, but it sounds like they will work for the Reynard, if I cannot get decent offers..
