Al Ores: calling all PNW Vee drivers

On August 18-19, Al Ores will be celebrated for his 50 years in motorsports.

At the moment, we have 16 Formula Vees registered (and I may be joining in if I can find a Vee to rent for the right price), but the more the merrier! If you're in the Pacific Northwest, and you've got a Vee you're not doing anything with that weekend, come out and join us; all the more so if you know Al.

There's a practice day on the Friday (Aug. 17) with the Westwood BBQ (by donation) afterward, and the FVs have 8 sessions on track (two practices, two qualifying, and four 15 minute races) with the BCHMR dinner (two tickets included with your entry) on Saturday night.

I realize I should have done this weeks ago, but better late than never. We'd love to have you come.
