38' United gooseneck, alum floor

April 2018 update: Buyer changing his plans, asked me to try to resell it for him.

2001 steel frame United gooseneck, 30' on the floor (less front cabinet and toolbox, which can be removed), + full non-tapered 8 foot attic. Full extruded aluminum plank floor, not skin on wood like some cheaper versions.
2x 7000# Dexter torsion axles, 5 new tires, 2000 miles at most, spare unused.
Low mileage, excellent mechanical condition, brakes serviced last year and declared greater than 50% remaining.
Inner walls are white vinyl over luan. Ditto ceiling. 12v lights inside. Generator cabinet accessible from outside.
48" side door (vs typical skinny 36'), but door inner skin warped and could use replacing (cosmetic only, does not affect door operation or integrity).
Located near Savannah. $9,900.
