Default Mycron 3 xl log install help

I have a quick question, hoping it has a simple answer. I'm wiring up a used Mycron 3 XG Log onto our FFord which I bought off a member. I'm having trouble figuring out the wires for the RPM/power cable. I have white, red, blue (has been cut), and two blacks.

Yellow is definitely signal wire to the coil.
    Red I'm assuming is power.
Would the two black wires both be grounds? There are no other colour designations on the black wires, and we're definitely used previous to me, which was also a FFord.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Scroll down to the MyChron 3 section for manuals and plug pinouts.

I have been through those documents, and while it does talk about the RPM/Power connector, it doesn't specific wire colours. There are two inputs for ECU inputs, one for RPM input, and one for power input.

My instinct is to hook them both up to ground, just want to see if someone can verify that

Those systems had all kinds of issues with the rpm signal. You may have it wired correctly and just does not work. I know people who made their own pickups by winding around the coil wire, etc.

If my memory is correct, the blue and white wires are for RPM signal. One is for high voltage and the other is for low voltage. Any AIM dealer can help you. I use Precision Auto Research.
