Default My Wife & Crew Chief

Asking for prayers for the soul of my wife and crew chief Jacqueline who was taken suddenly from my sons and I by Non Small Cell Lung Cancer this week. She was a non smoker, but was for some reason was afflicted with this horrible disease.

Also asking for prayers for my family to get through this, and to eventually meet her in Heaven.

    Thank you all. Cancer sucks.

She put my sons and I ahead of herself in every way. Even though she was scared when I raced, she was the one who helped me load the car on the trailer when I was so tired and frustrated and said that I had it with racing. She was the one that urged me to put on the rain tires on and run at Sebring when it would start to pouring just as I was headed to the grid and I said that there was no time and I am not running.

I even told her that it I was done racing when she was diagnosed around the holidays in 2016. She said NO! The list goes on. She was one in a million.

Thank you all again for the thoughts an prayers. I know the she was welcomed in Heaven.

    Bob

Be strong for your sons Bob! Having had friends go thru this, it will be hard for you for a while, but there will eventually be light at the end of the tunnel.
