    Default GSX-R 1000 K2 gearbox into K8

    I have a dead K2 with a close ratio gearbox, and a K8 being rebuilt at the moment to install. Will the K2 box fit the K8? It is a lovely box to use, I believe it is a Nova, but not 100% sure.

    I believe there were no gearbox changes from K2 thru K8....after K8 they changed the block substantially and as I recall the gearbox went along with the block change.
