    Default SCCA Quaduplication

I just got my 3rd and 4th SCCA membership card and welcome letters. My renewal is in November. I got the first two then.
Anybody else the recipient of such enthusiastic documentation?

Perhaps it is because I am such a passionate SCCA member.

    Four times the fun !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I failed to renew my SCCA membership back in 1992 and continued to receive SportsCar for years.

The same for me with Nasa (but they e-publish so it costs nothing).
I actually think it's a conscious marketing effort. Cheap direct marketing.

Never stop communicating with potential customers....

Did you maybe sign one of the annual release forms? or update a picture?

If they would send out good decals maybe I'd actually put one on my road car.......

    All 4 cards are identical.
First two cards came in separate envelopes on the same day.
2nd two cards came in separate envelopes on the same day.

It's funny, but there just seems to be so many mistakes and miscommunication
Even if the process is totally automated, my name is duplicated on a list somewhere, then the duplication got duplicated.

    Nobody noticed.

I got 2 x 40 year pins - maybe they figure when I am 101 I will not remember to ask for my 80th?

    Agnif,
Mayhaps those two years when you were so vocally anti-Fit inclusion into FF they figured you weren't a member is some twisted ways ?

    Default Me too

    Greg,

My renewal is in November as well and the same thing happened to me. I did notice that on the first set of cards (family membership, wife had card too) that there was a date wrong. Second set of cards came through and the dates were correct.

    November renewal printing error maybe?

My teammate changed his profile picture to the Fig Newton's logo and they would not accept his license at the runoffs. He explained that this was his profile picture and that they had printed and issued the license so it should be valid. He lost the argument and made him get his picture taken for a new card.
