    Default PFM undertray material

I was wondering what is the material of the sheet metal in the under-tray of the PFM tub?
The Star mazda list it as being stainless steel in their catalog, but mine is aluminum. Which one is the correct one to use?
Also, if it is aluminum should it be 6061-T6? or could it be utility aluminum.

Also, what is the best way to remove/change the four threaded studs on the tub (the ones where the spider attaches to the tub). The current ones have the threads all coming apart.

There are two available metal spacers that go between the tub and the skid. Both should be available from Star.
One is aluminum and one is stainless. Use the aluminum one unless you need to ballast the car up.
To change the studs, use a stud remover/installer.

Is the stud remover/installer also available at Star?

    Snapon.
You can also double nut it to get them out and install but the proper tool makes it easier.
