    Default Wideband controller

I believe I have an AIM LCU-one Analog wideband controller that I would like to hook up to my MXL-2. I have a Data hub and a Channel multiplier already but cannot connect to the multiplier as the cable coming off the LCU-one is a 712 4-pin female and the ports on the multiplier are 712 4-pin female. I have looked for a 712 4-Pin male-male cable but I don't think they exist.

The question is which of the following do you recommend? I have a race coming up next weekend May 5th that I would like to have this ready for.

    1. Just buy a 712 4-pin male connector and soldier it onto my LCU-one.https://kartsmarter.com/products/712...male-connector

    2. Have a custom 712 4-pin male-male patch cable made.

    3. Buy a LCU One CAN wideband controller.

    Thanks,

    -Eric

The "easy" button (and better solution) is to buy an AiM LCU One CAN controller (that way the data is sent in digital form, and not subject to voltage offsets that can affect the measured accuracy of any analog Lambda controller.

The documentation for the LCU One Analog does indicate is uses a 712-female for the RS-232 & analog output. So you could make up the necessary cable by converting a 712-719 patch cable to a 712-712.

Here's the pinout of the LCU One Analog:
