Big no no drilling out carb jets!
I usually don't pee all over other people's posts and if I blew your sale, let me know and I'll buy the drill bits from you.

Default I will politely disagree with you...

We all know that tools can be misused in untrained hands.

I am still interested in the drill set.

I've no opinion, I'm asking to be educated, especially as I respect the commentor:

If drilling is a no-no, why do they make tools to do so?
(or are these in reality just very small general use drill bits?)

    thx

I mostly use the drill bits to make sure there's no debris in the idle jets and accelerator pump jets.

There great when you make 1/18 scale F1 models to make things more realistic.

And kid stuff that gets jack up and you have to fix it with safety wire.

    Default Jet Drills

The Weber factory make Jet " Reamers" for altering the jet sizes in their own carburettors !. Yes I know we talk about altering the jet "area" when you drill them out, however in a practical sense where an air correction jet size is generally equal 3 to 1 against a main jet the minute difference between a genuine jet and drilled jet is not noticeable , Professor Lambda says so. ! I use number drills , and even soldered jets up and redrilled them in need.
