    Default 2016 Runoff Race Broadcast

Have I missed something? I do not see any mention of a broadcast similar to what Speedcast did in the past.

Default A Modest Proposal for the runoffs

how about the race lengths being limited to one lap per car taking the starting flag?

    ie. five cars five laps

How about some commentators that actually know why they're talking about? My favorite comment so far 'Martini - that's a type of Champagne isn't it?'

    Matt,

That would require a really big cell for a FV....

    +1
that might have saved the embarrassment of having the bronze medalist one lap down

5 or 6 minute standard pit stop would be fun, like guys do in the enduros in SCCA & SVRA.
my Dad & I wondered about doing this in a SVRA race, as FV gets put in with the small-bore cars, I think the times would make it possible for a win. lol

Some years ago a rule was proposed that "The number of laps remaining shall not exceed the number of cars on track". I liked it but it got shot down....
