This does not have the spendy Zetec bits.

This car does have stay away written all over it though.

Yes, aborted projects can certainly be a mess.

Why would someone put all of the work into a swap that isn't legal to run anywhere? Okay, FL in ICSCC...
    That intake is interesting ;-)

    Default Legality in racing

Ironically the illegality of cars often gets over looked when grids are low.
But you make a good point.... Is it only illegal if you get protested?

Assuming a stock ECU and that intake system it would probably make less HP than a well-tuned Pinto.

Looks like a nice project to convert back to FF with a honda... but not for the asking price, even with the trailer included.

Got a message back form the seller. Seems like a nice enough person, just doesn't know anything about FC's.
He got the car from the sister of a (deceased) guy that got it in the Chicago area.
Has log books, trailer, some spares. I asked about the Pinto, doesn't have it.

Pretty much said that he'd want to sell it as a roller.

Its a shame an effort like this was even conceived. The ol' girl just wanted to live her life and someone comes along gives her 4 new jugs expecting her to perform like the young ones...

I'm at a bar now and there maybe only 4 jugs here total.
I did see the car on the trailer at PIR a couple weeks ago. Its really not a bad little car. I think a good offer may grab the goodes!

Ok back to the bar for me
