2015/16 League Skins Due Tonight!

Is it true that the skins take 1 second off your lap time?

Could be. You need the ultra lightweight super expensive skins for that though.

I added a lot of wax in photoshop does that count?

The league skin pack is now downloadable HERE. It's also downloadable from the scrolling marquee at the top of the hotlaps page.

Be sure to remove any old league skin packs from your installation before installing these.

Anybody available to log in right now not sure if the skin pack is working a the times page is not updating my name anymore.

I just checked it out... The new times are still on the Hotlaps page (scroll to the bottom), but the car is coming up as "Unknown" because of the new skin pack, I think. I think I can merge them once you're off the server.

To avoid any issues once we're supposed to go live for qualifying tomorrow, please be sure to put the skin pack in the same exact location as the attached image assuming you've installed rFactor in the same location.

Is it just a mismatch because of the different team or car?

It's happened before and I can't remember what it was but it has to do with the skins. There is an override configuration option, but it still may be different once people run tomorrow for the race. Once we're on a new track it should clean up ok. I should be able to merge/purge anything that should happen tomorrow to the hotlaps page though.
