    Default STP Insurance?

At risk of starting an opinion thread or pitch fest I'm going to be storing a trailer outside and my car may or may not be in it but tools, spares, etc certainly will.

Insurance is required by most of the places I have talked to so STP insurance seems worth buying to cover it while it's stored, on the way to the track, and at the paddock.

Can anyone give me some references to known good STP insurance companies? I've found some on Google but not sure of the reputations of any of them.

    Thanks!

    Default cheap insurance

You own any jack stands and some wood to put them on? .....just take all the wheels/tires off one side of the trailer and leave it on the stands.....put a lock and chain through the wheels on the other sides. Thieves don't like a challenge but an easy opportunity. And of course you've put a least one sort of lock on the trailer hitch receiver

I have Heacock. Fortunately no claims, so unfortunately can't provide much feedback.. Good price and the policy offers the coverage I was seeking. I have a pretty low rate but I agree to keep my race car garaged while at home, not in the trailer.

    Hagerty.

STP insurance on two cars and an open trailer.

Classic/Special interest insurance on a road car.

    Very responsive and reasonable cost.
