I just ran this track this past weekend at an HPDE. It was more fun than COTA by far! It's not comparable from a facilities perspective, nor does it have all the safety features and amenities of COTA, but man, what a lap!!!
I agree ^^^^^. Ran it in my 7 earlier this year and it is a great track. Mikey, what kind of car did you do the HPDE in?
Graham
Ran it in my PFM
Sorry for not being more proactive with the results, we had a tough weekend, thanks to some dubious driving standards from some of the other classes in the race the resulted in me twice me taken out of the lead while trying to lap back markers.

Track was a lot of fun, very challenging, once the facilities get finished it will be a great (and expensive) place to race.
Rob,
I believe that Saturday's results were:
McSherry
Seim
Formiga
-Walt McSherry
To Sam Farmiga:
Walt misspelled your name. He is a very bad person. I will personally reprimand him.

Thanks for the correction....I must have been too busy at the time with in the words of the Chief Steward 'making un-sportsmanlike gestures' to a certain F500.
Rob
Rob,
I think that you could suggest to Jim S. that he remove the cloaking device (and the "Hit Me" sign) from your new car. All kidding aside though, in both instances the drivers had enough time to see you coming, and to act correctly; both did not.
-Walt
Based on what I saw we had a lot of early career folks in formula cars at this event. That's just what we want to happen for the future of what we do. Dealing with another driver's "rookie mistakes" is always a challenge.
