Anyone know what the HP or performance gain would be in the fit engine without the restrictor? Any ECU issues if I were to run it without the restrictor?

This question should be moved to the "FS: discussion" section.

You may want to contact Quicksilver engines to see if they have ever dyno'd an unrestricted race prepped Fit engine.

"The non-blueprinted motor is 132 hp without a restrictor"
if the current restrictor is around 120ish, then unrestricted is closer to 140. I know with no restrictor it will run with the FEs out of the corner and pass them on moderately long straights.
Sounds good to me. I'm here at the Mitty "vintage" event and was the only vintage ff with my '69 Winkelmann as there were no other vintage ff's or cf's that showed. Also, the wink broke a lower a arm today in practice so it's out. They're letting me run the piper so without the restrictor I'm hoping to have some fun with the FB's and other more modern cars here in the open wheel group, including some Indy lights cars. Hopefully, I won't just get swamped like I would have in the vintage car. Thanks for the info everyone.
