    Default Australian Regs

    Hi OMS,

Western Australia has a set of approved regulations from CAMS that you should look at to be able to logbook your car as an AUS F1000.
Part of out regs is to run 13" diameter Hankook radial tyres (as per European F3). These are 8" front and 10" rears. All our cars run on centre lock rims.
Specs on roll bars are as per CAMS requirements for 1st category cars.
Please go to www.ausf1000.com.au to download the regs.

    Cheers,

    Derek Burns
    President AUS F1000

    Default Roll Hoop

    Question,
Are you planning on supporting the main roll hoop any higher than the existing support tubes shown in the cad drawing?

If not, you may want to reconsider bringing them higher to meet regulations... well for SCCA.
