Default Gearbox Maintenance - is there a "manual"?

Is there a manual or reference guide to working/maintaining these transmissions. I have done a lot of research on this forum to learn about what normal maintenance practices are, but I would say gearboxes are my Achilles heal in terms of knowledge....so when someone says to check tightness of xyz...Im left wondering what that means and how to properly do it

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. See some of you this week at the Sprints!

We're still in the process of revamping out website and store. If there's anything you'd like to see put up just let us know!
