Laguna GoPro commercial--Car IDs?

Anyone know what cars are in the spot where the GoPro boss in knifing through traffic at Laguna Seca? The youtube video says he is driving an FB. Who owns the red-white-blue club #99 FM and the black pro car he is heroically diving under to pass 3-wide? It looks like a white FC-conversion FB with yellow wings is up ahead, and with that wicked power oversteer he ain't making much progress on it.

I used to think this was probably all staged, but with this eclectic mix of cars it might have been an actual race. It is a small club racing world after all.

not staged actually... San Fran Region calls this mix "Group 2". I don't know most of the Gp.2 cars but the White/Yellow winged Van Diemen is Greg Pizzo of Velocityhaus' Zetec FC (maybe running the Pacific F2000 8's/10's so they put him in FA)....

that's nothing new: FA/FB/FC/FE/FM/S2/DSR/CSR.

We get that all the time down here, but FC or FM usually not in the mix, rather split start w/ FV/F5/FF...

The red, white and blue FM is Ritchie Hollingsworth in an older school car, complete with 2" header and small, round muffler. He is the current SF Region champion. I believe the black pro car is Andre Erickson who recently sold his car. This is from memory as I couldn't find the clip on you-tube to confirm.

Yes, the "vintage"-spec FM also has an old-school Star Mazda Series logo. But hey, a regional champ is a regional champ.

Just YouTube "GoPro Laguna commercial". Go to full screen and you can see a lot of details of all the cars with stop action. There's another one where he is half on the grass in a kink to pass a sports racer. Thunder Hill?

Because both Nick and I missed qualifying and had to start at the back. Before that race I joked with Nick to clear a path for me (I'm in the Black and Yellow FE). I like to give Nick a hard time about me passing him 3 times in 1 lap
