Steve...I don't know if you are still looking for a F1 car as this thread is a year old, but I do know where there is a 2002 Jaguar-Cosworth R2-R3 car and a later model Super Aguri rolling chassis, both are in the UK.
You did find a good website with http://www.f1-sales.com/ though. And you will be able to run a recent Formula 1 car at Tremblant for their Legends of Motorsports event. Last summer there were many late model IndyCars and Indy Lights there.
