If Stonebridge said something like, "all debts will be transfered at VIR.", it would seem plausible.
One purchased a Tiga, the other a 77 Chrysler Cordoba with original rich Corinthian leather and factory T top repainted in 76 Baracuda purple.
Gee, I heard it the other way around- Rand bought USF2000 and he is going to make them all run Dunlops.....
