Default Effect of Vent behind the front wheels

What is the Effect of the Vent behind the front wheels of a sports racing car, Also how would this interact to improve or diminish airflow into a side radiator entrance?

The openings aft of the front wheel wells act to extract air from under the front of the car to eliminate lift/improve front downforce. They also enhance the tune ability of the front splitter.

so what effect would there be to the aft radiator intake of a car with and without the front wheel vents? Better Air or worse Air?

Would you Inset the relieved area inside the outside edge of the car or bring it back to flush in the middle and then sweep back into the aft mounted radiator?
