Where can i find a F70 car?

What would be the best place to find some sort of Formula 70 car? Would the forums be the best place? And also is this series a good class to get started in? Im a huge fan of this race cars and would enjoy owning and racing one but dont know if the series is large enough for me to race in my region. Thanks Guys & Gals

First, digest the "getting started" parts of these forums. Do you have a previous racing background? F70 is typically vintage FB (think, FF with big a$$ tires and a lotus twin cam motor) and vintage FA (even bigger tires and a cosworth, with wings). In some cases it also covers club ford. FA is certainly not a biginner class, VFB maybe, but it will undoubtedly be expensive.

Your budget and # of races per season will be the next deciding factors, and most here will point you to the entry level classes of F500, FV, and FF for a couple of seasons, even if you can afford the gucci stuff.
