Blackhwawk Valley Region will again be rolling out the red carpet when the EWC circus comes to the newly repaved Blackhawk Farms Raceway July 5/6 for Rounds #3 and #4 of the 2003 FF/CFF East vs West Challenge.
Here is the Saturday/Sunday schedule of events:
First Qualification: 8:10 AM - 8:25 AM
Second Qualification: 10:40 AM - 10:55 AM
Race (18 laps): 2:00 PM
Registration opens at 5:30 PM Friday and 6:30 AM Saturday. Tech will open one half hour later than registration.
FF and CFF will have its own race group, of course. Details on reserved paddock to follow.
This will again be a "must do" weekend of FF1600 racing. Last year, the EWC drew 27 entries to Blackhawk and there was wheel-to-wheel racing all through the field. No reason to expect anything less this time around.
If these races are not on your calendar, they should be. Write them in. Now. In ink.
