    Default Great Work! Web Site

The Formula First Drivers Association web site has taken a huge leap forward in the last year. For these upgrades thanks goes out to a number of people. Primarily, our Web Master Jim Schings has given us a great web framework and without his work we’d be nowhere. A number of our drivers have contributed track guides, photos, videos and technical articles. Our special thanks to Rob Clark, Doug Seim, Bill Bonow, Jason Steeb for their invaluable help with content.

We have a bunch of new features which will continue to get added to over the next two months:

-An OpEd page for long essays and opinions
-A FST specific technical section covering such esoterica as installing spring packs with and without Sway A Way leaves, unbending a bent beam, prepping a carb and long articles on converting a vee to a FST.
-We have only recently added a “Members Only” so that high level technical discussion can take place, where discussion can be frank but not public, series rules and issues are posted here and the board even a place where sale items can be advertised to “Members Only”.

You need to be a member to join so if you haven’t done that now’s the time.
One word of warning, update you Java before joining. It makes it quicker.

Go check it out for yourself: www.formula-first.org

    Default still not working

    I'm getting the following:

Windows Data Execution Prevention detected an add-on trying to use system memory incorrectly. This can be caused by a malfunction or a malicious add-on.

Working in IE9 and chrome. You may have a bug from something else. Also check that java is up to date.

Yes, I used all the leading edge technology to prevent "down level" guys from accessing the site. Actually there are a couple web components on there that could give some browsers a problem. If it becomes a problem I will remove them.

Speaking of.... As Robert mentioned the BBS section is not open to all. You will have to register and then I will aprove you. You must be a FFDA member to get approval. (I may have messed up and already given one or two non members approval. If you are not an FFDA member, your log on will be killed in the next day or so. Or you can join the FFDA
