HELP DOUG, I screwed this up.
Jay
Based on shifter opinions I'm guessing that people will not want to see restricted power but I do believe it's the best thing for the class.
Has not happened yet, but throw a Ducati or BMW motor in a Citation or Piper (or even a Novac VD) and an average driver becomes the class of the field. Skill should = wins, not $$.

If you are going to restrict them restrict it at 190-195hp and allow people build reliable suzuki engines (which can be done for a little more than a standard rebuild). Then people with the new Kawi and BMW engines don't get screwed and the people can still use the Suzukis and be competitive even with the older 05-06 gsxr engines. Just a thought.
Fixed... all old votes removed, feel free to participate again.
Thanks Doug.
