    Default Fixing Lower Element Threads

Is the any way of fixing the riveted threads on the lower element of my VD wing? I would rather not fork out $500-$700 on a new one! Thanks in advance.

Drill the rivets out that attach the skin to the rib. Then rivet in new 3/16 floating nutplates. Then re-rivet the rib to the skin. I've done this a few times.
