    Default James Lee

Just learned that James Lee is the Pro F2000 Engineer/Crew Chief of the year. James has worked with us on our DB1 for several years, and was with us this weekend at Sebring, but someone else had to let us know of this accomplishment. It is well deserved and he should get a big "attaboy" from everyone. So... let's hear it!

    Mikey,
Would be even better if he would get off his ass and build your engine.

Attaboy Chinky, but was the award for performance and speed or how fast you could rebuild after Kyle (Little Big Man) Crash Connery worked his majic?

Just think back in 2005/2006 we were just cheaters. Now we're award winning cheaters.

Congrats James, this is well-deserved. You did an incredible job last year with Kyle, and it showed in the results.

The Series did what the Runoffs should have done in '05 and '06 when Chinky was running both JR2 and Cole (Tarpon Killer) Morgan.

Other than being an accessory to the kidnaping of Freggie in 2005, Chinky has donated so much to improving my own program. The key word being "donated".

Compared to all the other cast of characters that orbit James' rig, I always thought Norman was the normal one.

    Frog,
Think back to that terrible time Fergie endured. Thought about it the other day we had in one garage James,Gibby,Cole,JRII and yours truly. Looking back quite an assembly. It took Gibby a few years to get over a week with us.

Was there no one else in the running?

Seriously though. He is a genius. I've been lucky enough to have been around James and Gibby quite a bit, and they are the 2 best in the business. What an achievement for a Chinese kid born in Jamaica and raised in Canada and Miami. That is a lot to overcome, especially for someone that is barely 5 feet tall. The cards were certainly stacked against him. Just imagine what he could accomplish if he would actually work during the week.

Well done James. You're the best little brother I could have had.

congrats to james! while the disappearance of freggie was known as the cime of the summer of '05 in the OW community, in the Morgan Gang's defense, i believe a recounting of the story several years ago used the term "borrowed?" and although TK is already taken as a nickname for a prominent driver, perhaps we could now refer to the younger Mr Morgan as TK 2.0

    Ric,

We have been informed that Cole is not a fish murderer, but a "catch and release" guy. So, i've been working on new names...

    Tarpon Irritater (TI)
    Tarpon Teaser (TT)
    Pain in Tarpon's Ass (PITA)
    Tarpon's Worst Nightmare (TWN)

    obviously, a work in progress....

But, if you have to leave our sport... fishing is better than hockey.

    FastMatt,

I put that comment out there just for you. After two days of no response, i figured i had wasted the key strokes.

Where you been? Too busy beating up on poor ol' Tim Tebow?
