Just in time for our first cold front.
Hey Jim, give me a call. g kraut.
it is sure getting cold down here
The weather's really nice now. I'm testing with Irish Mike's racing today before we head out to Daytona for Grand Am testing. Come say hi, or if anyone needs anything we have our full set of wiring tools & spares, plus one of our techs is here. We can plug into any Bosch, MOTEC, Vi-PEC, AEM, EFI or Pectel ECU if anyone needs a hand.

Partly cloudy with highs in the upper seventies through Saturday.
Equals low 50's high 40's and damp morning and evening
I don't want to hear any more complaints about the weather. I took this photo from the shop window on monday. At least it was 75 degrees in the shop.
I know what you mean. We had some fog here the other day and it was treacherous. Weather can be so dangerous.

Yeah, I just watched the Vice Guide to the Upper Peninsula the other day. Pretty insane. I couldn't imagine living there.
Me neither!

Last year a silent benefactor paid to have Janice and I cover Sebring for Apexspeed with text and photos. This year its not happening. Do we have a field reporter down there?
I heard a rumor that Victor Carbone (2010 F2kCS Champion and Indy Lites driver) is testing a Radon FC today.
Why isn't Jim Morgan there stirring stuff up for us?
Yes, he's tweeting from Sebring.
Sorry, I meant Victor Carbone was tweeting in response to the Fat Boys who I believe were retweeted by @f2000.
My posts per day is not as high as some others on this site.
Did you clear your cache and cookies like I told you to in the other thread?
I would still try clearing the cache and cookies, and if that doesn't do it, hold power + home till the apple appears (soft reset). Beyond that, I got nothing, other than wait a month or two for the iPad 3.
Download the Dolphin browser. Big improvement on Safari!

Matt m. correct you are. (ever) Frog the all too familiar withdrawal by JR II.
I would like to publicly thank the FROG for vouching for us this past weekend. Having never competed at Sebring, never been to an SCCA National (or Regional, or anything for that matter) we showed up with no log book, no homologation papers, no tech records, etc. All we had was our reputation so we were in trouble. It didn't look good until Mike said some magic words on the phone and the process suddenly got easier. I was expecting a difficult time, but have to thank all the officials who cooperated.
As far as reputation, Tim ran on pro tires and qualified 5th for race 1. He finished 2nd. Not bad.
Race 2 he was Q4 so we were hoping for another good result. Unfortunately an FA performed a questionable brake check at the green and Tim had no chance avoid him. Pretty sure an FC is not supposed to hit an FA from the rear on a straightaway.
I hear that Mike found one of those barn gems you always hear about and had to go pick it up at midnight before it disappeared. Hope you enjoy it and thanks again!

HA! based on that statement it's quite obvious that was your first trip to the winter national club races.
the craziest wreck I ever saw (not huge hits mind you, just plain old silliness) was at sebring on the front straight. FFs, F500s, and FVs piled 3 high right around start/finish, maybe 5 or 10 seconds after the green came out. I think it was 2003?
Awww, come on guys, it's so simple. Maybe you need a refresher course. Hey! It's all ball bearings nowadays.
Hay Bro's, I made it up from Miami the weather was perfect except for a little "foggydue" in the early AM. Must say some impressive times were turned in by all. Sorry no pics, didn't realize I left my camera on the table next to the door at home untill I was 1.5 hr on my way up. to fellow Reynard driver Brian Gaffney. Your car looked like it was hooked up running in the 16's.
