    The new rule addition (".....either in fuel or otherwise introduced into the engine.") effectively mandates that what enters the combustion chamber meets the limits stated in the table. Unfortunately, that is impossible to determine if the only thing that can be actually measured is the liquid gasoline that is in the fuel cell - the fact that someone might be introducing extra nitrogen (the presence of an N2O bottle) does not mean automatically that they have exceeded the stated limits.

    I seem to remember the CRB getting their panties in quite a twist at the runoffs meeting about the shifter rule and how unenforceable it was. This one is every bit as bad and they don't seem to care. Leave it legal.
