    Maxx and RusRob,

I have the Nascar Heat in the program files/hasbro interactive path.

In that is a F2000 and Run folder. I also have a nascar heat.exe and nheat.exe file in the Nascar Heat folder. Should one of these not be there?

Thanks for the help guys, will have to mess with this more after the weekend. Going real racing!

    Hi Dave,

Kieth started a new topic called "F2000 Mod Troubleshooting"

I have added a thread that should covers step by step instructions on installing Heat and mods.

I also have included a simple batch file (text only) that you can create to get a PC with XP running to work better with mods.

There is also a brief Q&A of the problems you can have and remidies.

I would suggest that you start from the begining and see that you first have Nascar Heat installed correctly, (sometimes you can run the "heavy Metal" fine but Mods will not run. (that probably has to do with the NoCD patch being installed incorrectly or with errors.

I hope the guide help you get it running. It is a farily simple game and things usually work very smooth with installing mods.

Let me know if you still have problems, ,,,,we will get it up and running for you.
