    I agree with this definition of a sleeper when used to describe a car. The implication is that the car is built to look like nothing special and thereby uses deception to gain advantage. When we apply this term to a motor instead of a car; I think one has to conclude that the intention of a sleeper motor is again to gain advantage through deception. Not sure what the intention actually was in this case but use of the sleeper description probably wasn't a great choice if it was used to describe a motor built for F1000 purposes.
