Great news for FB in the southeast. Pete has tons of miles in sports racers so I'm sure he'll be quick right off the bat.
I assume Pete shopped around and decided the Phoenix was the best bang for the buck. It might be interesting to hear his pros and cons about the different chassis choices.

Congratulations to Pete Frost and his new Phoenix F1K-10. I am sure that you will love the quality of the car and the handling ability.
It is amazing to see the change in aerodynamics and styling since I took delivery of the first production series in 2007. I love my Phoenix F1K-07 and I am sure you will also. I am very happy for Dustin Wright and Team Phoenix.
The difference in side pods is quite remarkable
So glad to see another Phoenix F1000 on the track.

Now for the shameless plug. Knowing the inner workings of this car the way I do I can say with confidence it's very well designed.
I've also had the chance to go wheel to wheel with a few of them and it's tough to hang with. Followed Werner's Phx. arse around a bit and got smoked.
