There is a set of 4 books by Carroll Smith. A great start.
Also I recommend a book titled "Going Faster" to all my students.
Most of all there is at least a month's worth of reading posted on the archives of this site that is incredibly valuable as it was compiled by those that have been there, done that, and already worn out the T-shirt.
I recommend reading the complete archives of "Getting Started" on this site.
thanks for the info.
is their any other good resources that I might be able to get my hands on? Or are their any seminars comming up that are in the canadain/buffalo region?
NEOhio region of SCCA will be holding a Competition Clinic in March. See this link to NEOhio for details: NEOhio Region
This clinic has lots of info for beginners, as well as experienced racers. There is a link to some of last year's stuff in this site.
