Looks like a great Fit!
D&D have done a fabulous job on this adaptation. Dave Z. sent me pictures of the car just before they sent it to HPD.
Between this and their 2L car for the new Worldspeed series, they have to be very busy boys.
Dave Z. said his car was next. He said they were shooting for the first race weekend at Laguna Seca (Fast Forward's back yard) for his debut. I can't wait to see it in person.
Wow. Such a clean racecar. Makes you want one.

Well done Doug.
Frog...hahahahahaha!!!
Great looking ride.
Anything D&D get's their hands on is done to perfection. This doesn't surprise me!
Nice job!
BTW: Don't forget the hose clamps

As Bill says above, I do hope to be next up at Fast Forward, just as soon as HPD ships us our engine. And at this point I really don't care what the CRB, BoD, SF Region BoD, or anyone else does to try and spoil our fun, a lot of whom seem to be doing their best to do just that.
I bought my Piper from Doug and Doug last year to be able to enjoy what I feel is a great example of where FF needs to go with new and current technology, beautifully executed. The new option that Honda has made available to us really completes that goal for me, and I can't wait to hop in it, hit the go button, and start racing in the 21st century. When I want to revisit the past and pull the spark plugs to crank up oil pressure, keep the battery always charged, keep the crap out of my Weber jets, keep the centrifugal weights freed up in my Lucas distributor, and chase all over the country for a vanishing supply of parts, I'll jump in my '69 Brabham BT29 and truly enjoy Vintage racing. But, that's not what I had in mind for my re-entry into "current" (as we call it in Vintage) SCCA Club Racing. Just hoping a bunch of you guys will decide to join me!!

Wow. that looks great! Too bad you'll have to rebuild it every 100,000 miles or so...

Wow> Beautiful workmanship. I wish I could do that. How do you pull the engine?
Holy hell that's a nice paint job
Honda had this car on display in the paddock at the recent IndyCar weekend at Mid Ohio. Nice promotion of their grassroots efforts.
