Default NOS Beam Torsion arms sway bar

NOS Beam---Yes this is a new old stock VW beam. Excellent quality. If you want the best then this is it. It only has some surface rust because it was in the back of a friend’s pickup during a rain storm. Has needle bearings and great craftsmanship.
Beam is in fine shape and would make great front end better. $170 +shipping.

    Rebuilt Torsion Arms
I already have spares so this rebuilt set is for sale to anyone who needs them. New ball joint pressed into excellent non-rusty cores. I will only sell the set at $160 +shipping

    Sway Bar
Larry Campbell Built 5/8 sway bar. Never run just like new $65

Is this a beam for a FST or FV?

All FST parts. The "ball joint" statement is the givaway. I know that LB beams are getting tough to get---sorry

So am I right that with the Beam and the Torsion arms from this post, I would simply need to add the hubs, rotors and brake systems?

    Default maybe not.

    Bob:

Most fst beams have the top of the shock mount chopped off, so you wouldn't have a place to mount your FV shocks, even if you replaced the ball-joint arms with link-pin arms.

    Caveat is the word 'Most'.

Yes, I understand that - the suspension is a whole other issue! lol I was just trying to figure out what all was going to be needed to have a complete disc to disc FST beam.

    Thanks

    Bob

    You would need

    sway bar
    spring
    Sway bar spacer
    Adjuster for ride height
    Spindles
    Bearings
    Dust seals
    Calipers
    Disks
    dust caps
    Pinch nuts and washers

In my approximate math its just under $500 above the $330 I want for my real German pieces. Not including shipping. If you or anyone else buys my beam I'll throw in a set of my adjustable top shock mounts.
