Hey anyone Race formula style cars at Beaver Run in PA ?

Hey, I'm from a small town in Pennsylvania called Slippery Rock it's kind of close to Beaver Run Raceway and I was wondering if anyone is close to me or races this type of car out there because being in college for mechanical engineering I want to learn about these cars and if it would be possible to come watch you race or just check out the car maybe help you out where I can prepping it would be in my eyes a great opportunity to learn something new ... an odd request I know but gotta do what ya gotta o to learn what you want thanks anyone

not an odd request at all! In fact I'm sure there are some local racer who could use a hand and would be happy for the crew help. It's a great way to get involved and to learn about racing!

We just moved south from Pittsburgh PA area in July and was the trackside supplier at Beaverun for a couple of years.

Check out Walko Racing in Irwin - North Huntington area. He was the bridge between Graham Rahal starting with go karts and turning pro. Took him to the track in Formula Atlantic and trained him.

We have a friend that races FormulaV at the regional tracks (beaverun, nelsons, summit point). I am sure he would love to have crew help. My husband used to crew for him but we are now South. If interested, let me know and I can give you his info. He currently has two formula Vs in WV.
