Matt, sorry to burst your bubble....DLB, in its typical fashion, lists 222 when there are actually only 217 entries so far...there is one double entry (#3) and one triple entry (#48) in CF plus a Porsche 911 in the Vintage race on the DLB site.

Or maybe they are friends of yours that you paid off to boost your chances.

But at the rate the entries are coming in you may not have to wait much longer.

    Tom

    Default vintage field

    Yeah Tom,
I'll bet that I will be the only 911 in the field!

Stupid DLB, I added my Lola and then when the registration went through the 911 got listed.
It has been since changed I think?

OK. Now I know how Dale Coyne must have felt during the last lap at the Glen last week.

Jeff, I was wondering how that car found its way in there. It is still listed as a 911 on DLB but I fixed you up with the Lola here on Apex.

Matt, with Jeff's Lola that brings you up to 218, still 3 short. And I think I saw somewhere that Steve just changed the rules again, no FV drivers are allowed to win this FF contest.

But I will be crewing for a guy running a CFF, so that counts.

YEAH!! That mean's I actually win something? Even if I don't this is probably the closest I'll get to the podium for the weekend!

Matt, that didnt take long...entries now at 224.

I'll wait for Steve to make the official announcement, but it looks like Matt is our winner! Sorry Gary!

I think Steve said something about the winning prize being his Lola T-342, right Steve.

    Default Contest Winner

Matt King is the winner of the FF40th Over / Under Contest with his very clever "220, 221...whatever it takes" guess. It was sure funny at the time...who knew actual entries would be approaching 240 and still climbing at six days before the event.

An award will be presented at the Saturday evening party.
