Default 04 R1 Injectors Not Firing

I need some help. Trying to get the car started. I got fuel in the rail (at pressure) and spark in the plugs, but no fuel beign released to the cylinders (dry). The harness is from George Dean, and he ran it on a motor before sending it to me. For some reason, I just can't get the injectors to release fuel into the cylinders. I don't have the ECU diagnostics tool, so I can't read fault codes on the ECU. Thanks for anybody that can help.

Do the injectors have a separate fuse? I'd check that first.

Do you have a scope that you can put on the injector connections to see if the pulse is present and of a reasonable duration?

Make sure you have good bare metal to metal ground connections on all the grounding wire terminal lugs.

does the harness have the plug for the OEM guages? you can plug the guages in and get fault codes.
