Thanks for the suggestion. We have been checking race-cars.com on a regular basis. I'll go back through the listings. I may missed something.

Tim, the biggest problem I've seen with the old 1.6 heads is just that, old age.
I have 3 complete heads, one is installed in my Ralt, and 2 which are on GT-3 cars...both GT engines leak thru the backside of the end seats to the exhaust, needing regular doses of leak-proof...and these were cared for regularly.
One of those heads I used to start an engine, and took it out and shelved it, the leak is BIG.. Everything inside the old casting is fresh or new Bertil stuff ( big springs ,retainers,seats, SS valves, 37 mm followers, latest version .510" cam, etc).
If you find a good core to put all the insides of this one, or have it repaired under the corner exhaust seat, you can have this one for $ 500.
