    Default Hoosier tyres

can anyone let me know the diameters of the new f2000 series tyres?
Looking to try to get a reasonable set up before I head down to VIR and currently only have a set of last years Hankooks to work off of.

Forgot how cold it was in Canada and going back to Barbados for a few weeks to get into race/beach shape

    See you all at VIR.

    Default Hoosiers....

https://www.hoosiertire.com/rrtire.htm - click on F2000 series on the left side.

This should get you in the ballpark. I've asked for more data, but they have none!

Curious how the slicks and wets can be IDENTICAL in every dimension, including spring rate, yet the rain tire with its grooving is significantly heavier than the slick...

    IIRC,
Some of the Hoosier rains are grooved slicks, made of a different compound.

Therefore the weight difference would be insignificant.

Just to try to head off any confusion, the radial Hoosiers we, the F2000 Champioship Series, are using this year are only available through Hoosier in Indiana. They are not available through the Hoosier dealer network, though the dealers may have specs.
F2000 competitors should go to www.hoosiertire.com to order their tires either for shipment or delivery at the track for each event.
On the left hand side click on Road Racing, then F2000, and you're in. Hoosier has requested that competitors pre-order tires for delivery at least a week before each weekend for their planning and loading purposes.
