    charles -

After seeing some of the carnage from "small" incidents at the cooper series race last year at the Toronto Grand Prix, dont think running a full on street course with concrete barries everywhere would be too much fun..... (ask cambern!!) Montreal could be pretty cool. At least some of the corners there have some runoff!

    Mr. Rand,
When do I get my check for the "Red Mist" award? The Lamborghini dealership is waiting for my down payment.

    Mr Morgan,
we apparently have a failure to communicate here. The Red Mist "sponsorship" requires bi-monthly payments FROM you to Red Mist, not TO you.
It is that "thinking outside the box" deal, a new approach....

Mr Rand that is just like most karters, putting stickers on their karts for products they paid for. Whatever marketing genious at some big company thought that up was simply brilliant

Mr Brumbaugh, I look forward to signing you up for the Red Mist Team at the ARRC in November.
By the way Andy, if you ever call me Mr Rand again, the fee will be doubled ! It was Mike in 2000 when we ran Club Fords at VIR, it is Mike today. At least for you, for Cole it MIGHT be Mr Rand, but I doubt I'd respond......he generally forgets the Mr, is is just Rand.....

yes sir...err um Mike. We can have a contest on hair though. Yours might be a bit more gray but I can promise you that you have more hair than me so I am getting there in age now. ARRC should be fun (as long as I can get used to the car again which I think I can), we have our new shocks, motor, tranny, and aim now so we are getting there. I am going to go see my parents tomorrow night (which is where the car is) and put the motor and tranny in. We will probably shake the car down at the October VIR SARRC race to make sure everything is good to go for ARRC.

    Point taken, I plead quilty...
And the open face helmets with goggles to cover my glasses--- no fogging issues then !
Hmmm, started in 1968 in a treaded tired small displacement single seater with approx 115-120 HP. Feels like back to the future running my current treaded tired small displacement single seater with approx 115-120 HP.
But it is just as much fun.

    Hey Jason
I will be in my dads Crossle 35. Doing a ground up on it so it should be good. I raced that in 2000 before I went to Canada in 01.

Mike, All kidding aside thanks for a great series. I'm promoting more involvement from the souteast.
My apology for the many soap opera moments. At least it gave you something to do between races.

    So... I'm confused... as normal...

At the ARRC: Is Cole driving a CF, or the DB6 in CFC, or my Reynard in CFC?

or is Jim in the DB6 in CFC beating me in the Reynard, and Cole driving the SPO Corvette, or the CF?

Tuttle's DP car is probably available for rent to run as SPO... or ASR?

No answer required. I'll wait til I get there.

    Andy:

I'll see you at VIR in October also - and at the ARRC. Bring your kart team buddy along. We'll have some laughs.

    frog,

no mystery, after a successful three year program Morgan Homes, Inc. will no longer be sponsoring cole morgan, the DB-6 at the ARRC will have another driver

So.... Purple Frog Homes LLC should put Cole in the Purple Frog Homes, Averill Racing Stuff, Cricket Farm Motors, SafeQuip sponsored Ultra Reynard to race against his dad?

A race promoters dream. One broke Florida homebuilder racing against another. Father vs. son (just like at Indy). The fastest CFC car in the nation vs. the reigning ARRC champ. October 2006 tires vs. November 2006 tires.

I have connections, I can make sure Cole starts from the back.

So after 3 years of service, I get dumped by the sponsor. What a sport.

Froggy, You say that like I have never started from the back at Road Atlanta.

If you are flying, you could pick me up at any central Ohio metropolitan airport. If you are sailing on the inland waterways, you could pick me up somewhere on the Ohio, but don't bother.
