Skip Barber does stuff at Road America and are starting up some programs at Autobahn CC outside Chicago
Bridgestone Driving Academy at Mosport Driver Development Center just outside of Toronto. Get a regional licence in 3 days for less than $4000 Cnd. They have several other options as well. http://www.racing-series.com/school

Has anyone tried the MID-OHIO School? I'm looking at that one because you can get individual coaching and use your own car.
