2003 VD battery box/cover wanted

I have a 99 VD which has space for the small battery between the bulkhead and the seat. The fire system is in front of the bulkhead.

I want to switch the location of the batt/fire bottle as in the later VDs so I can go with a larger battery. A brand new battery will not start my car once I am on track.

Does anybody have a spare box/cover (battery and fire bottle) they don't need? Thanks in advance.

Hey,somebody out there must have one of these sitting around? I had a brand new one but it was for a 1999-2002 car with the small battery behind the bulkhead. Rob needs one for a 2003-2006 Zetec.

Why not just get some .030 Al and bend one up?

The fiberglass factory part is very nice and fits with no drama. It covers both the battery and the Fire bottle. I offered to let Rob copy mine but an Alergy prevents him from doing fiberglass work.
