13" Compomotive wheel hat needed

I had an incident this past weekend that requires me to find a replacement for a rear inner wheel hat. The center has a casting id of Components Automotive Ltd/England, which I believe means Compomotive. The hat measures ~ 3 5/16 from the center mounting flange to the outside of the bead. It measures ~ 2 15/16 from the same flange to the inside of the bead. There are 18 bolts around the hat at a bolt circle of ~10 1/2 inches. I need one or a couple of these ASAP. Does anyone have any of these gathering dust! Thx
