Any update on F-2000 07' race dates

Any word on how close you guys are to putting a "tentative" schedule out for 07'

Hi Rob,

We are very close and expect, hope certainly, to have definate news available no later than November 10.
The intention is essentially a repeat of 2006, that is six [6] double race weekends.
Tracks as of now include VIR, Watkins Glen, Lime Rock, Summit Point, and two further still under negotiation, but certainly we expect to go back to Mid Ohio.
A very tentative schedule would begin in April and end in September.
We do not expect t go to any track twice.
We will be tweaking thngs like Points and Purse but are pleased with the engine parity right now.
We need to ask everyone interested to be patient for two more weeks. The very instant we have a few more things confirmed we will be letting everyone know, both through email to the distribution list and on this site, as well as our own site which we realize needs significant improvement.

sorry for the cheap shot chas. In all fairness i think we should post what all the flags mean :

Green = just a flag to let you know that if you arent already on full throttle you arent leading into T1

blue = you completely suck and clearly havent read all the posts on apexspeed saying you should get the hell out of the way of everyone

black = great time to get a flier in during qual as the track will be clear as your opponets pull into pits

black w/meatball = fire your mechanic

yellow = if its displayed at a corner you are approaching the corner workers are telling you to close the gap on your inexperienced opponet who actually slowed down. If its being displayed while you sit in the gravel trap its the corner workers letting you know that money isnt the only reason you arent in F1

white = everyone wave to mr shaffer as you pass

checker = doesnt really matter since matt has them all and there arent any left

Kevin, you missed the first part, "beat your mechanic silly, then fire him", all the rest look about right.

You forgot the most important one

Double Yellow = do not slow down until you are involved in the accident or unitl you hit the pace car if in fact one is deployed. The situation is bad enough that we don't want anyone passing anywhere on the track but if the pace car radio isn't working we might pull the flags in anyway and go green.
