    Default Spindle Nut

    Hey all, could anyone tell me what size socket fits the spindle nut on a reynard sf84. Going tool shopping this afternoon from work, adn dont want to buy a whole dang set just for one socket.

    Why not just bring the nut with you....

    I think it is 1" at least it was on my SF84.

    my car is in toledo, my work is in dearborn, and I just saw the ad in the sears circular today. Figures, huh?

    It probably needs to be a 'deep' socket.

    Default ours is 1-1/16"

    The ones we use are 1-1/16", 1991 Crossle 71F.

    Used the same size on an 86 Reynard.

    definitely a 'deep' socket.
