Just curious. I see motorcycle engines advertised with "complete car kit". Is that just the engine & harness? Or more? Dash? Special items like bypasses for kickstand and roll over sensors? RF95 subframe? :-)

In addition to the engine, a "car kit" usually includes the entire intake (carbed or fuel injected), the ECU and complete wiring harness. It may come with the radiator (we don't care) and the exhaust (getting it is useful for getting pipe lengths even though you won't use it). Things that may or may not be included, but which you probably want, are the dash (some are useful for diagnostics) and its sub-harness, any external sensors (e.g. on the Kawi ZX-10R, the speed sensor and the drive sprocket cover that house it are rarely included, but you can ask), and the fuel pump.

It should include everything to make it run other than battery, fuel pump, & fluids. Should include electrical wiring harness with ECU & all sensors, complete intake & fuel injection system, airbox, exhaust header, starter. Most include the instrument cluster showing the actual mileage of the engine. They do not come with any of the bypass resistors.
