VD RF96 & 2002 24' Pace Shadow
RF96
Frame up rebuild winter of 01-02, included new pan, raced 11 times since, no crashes.
Andresen engine, 2 races.
Transaxle, 1 race on Taylor rebuild with new ring and pinion.
Shocks are Ohlen TT-44s, two races since Stimola rebuild.
Chassis, 2 races since professional set up by Bruce Linstrand to Stimola specs.
Track Pack Dash.
Crane ignition.
Wheels: 2 sets of Jongbloed, 1 set OZs
Rain tires
Battery was new in 2004 and run in one race in 05.
Brakes adjustable from cockpit.
Starter rebuilt in 2004, 2 races.
Notes:
Front low wing, original type.
The roll cage has been adjusted to accomadate bigger and taller drivers, roll hoop is approx. 3" taller and the side braces adjusted for elbow room.
The body had new Violet Purple paint winter 01-02.
Spares
A number of suspension pieces. A few are bent from privious owner. If all straight there would be a complete set to replace one complete front and rear.
Wing endplates, inserts, front wing pipe and more.
Body: nose and lower left rear panel.
Chassis pan and side pod bases.
Monoshock suspension shims and springs.
2002 24' Pace Shadow trailer
2x5,000# axles with torsion suspension.
White aluminum finish outside with some vinal decorations.
Inside finished in white aluminum.
Cabinets with stainless top across front with overheads as well.
Air conditioner mounted on roof. It cools!
Electric: 30 amp breaker box for lights wall plugins and air, 50' 30 amp plug in cord.
Lighting: 4x110 floresents, 2x110 500 watt pockets outside, 2x12 volt w/battery inside.
6xaluminum wheels with Goodyear trailer tires, 2 wheels w/tires are new and never used.
E Track on floor to retain car.
Tire rack across trailer just behind axles, held up by E Track and can be removed easily.
Tailgate is diamond plate aluminum.
The car and trailer are near Iowa City, Iowa just off of I-80.
I need to sell the car first, trailer next then 2001 F250 diesel crewcab.
Car & trailer package: $23,000.
