Anyone know if a Titan Mk.6 would be declared ineligible to compete in HMSA, VARA, etc. for having only a frame number and no chassis number? Thanks.

You may already know this, but I have read that many crew chiefs used to take the little aluminum tags from the cars they worked on as souveniers and put them on their key chains. So lots of really high end cars are missing legitimate number plates, some have repros. Andy Antipas is the keeper of all things Titan here in the USA. Check his Titan Registry for details. You can probably figure out what number your car once had by seeing what numbers are around it in the AM series (Arch Motors frame number). I have a Mk5 and Andy's site gave me lots of info.
    Good Luck.
